Hello,

I'm Gabrielle Burnett and I run this website! I am also known as Holographic Worlds on my other social media sites. I am a 22 year old, Texas resisdent multi-media artists. I specalize in digital, oil, watercolor, gouache, acylic painting; and illustrative works in digital, colored pencil, and alchol markers. I've been making art seriously for 10 (ten) plus years and have been documenting a majority of my artwork here. I am a Graduate of Spelman College with B.A. in Fine Arts, Class of 2026. I used to make fan art of characters from books, TV shows and movies. Now I mostly make self -referential art of myself as clown living in the world of Neo Clown Country in a similar way that my inspirational artist Trenton Doyle Hancock has his 'Mind of the Mound' world filled with references to his upbringing. You will find that this site hosts a bunch of my artwork as a representation of my artistic evolution throughout my artists life.

The main reason I started this website was so I can have YouTube videos and my artwork in one place. This way I have a one stop shop portfilio to show the range of work I can create while also providing a personal academic space to keep my skills sharp. Here I can give more behind the scenes on pieces I'm working on and show off older pieces that I'm still very proud of. My Mission statement to create is to ensure the next generation of black creatives know they are limitless in their artistic opportunities and not limited.

I'm very excited for the opportunities to come from this website. I am seeking opportunities to help me currate a better protfiolo for programs of Masters and Doctorates in the art. I have a love of art history and how the African American community has been included, excluded, and objectitified in the art cannon.
